Recruitment process

At Gallo & Associés, we place great importance on transparency and open communication throughout the recruitment process. Our goal: to allow you to envision your future with us and build a relationship of trust from the very first interactions.

Step 1: Telephone interview with the human resources manager

Once you have submitted your application, if your profile is selected, our human resources manager will contact you by phone (approximately 5 minutes) to learn more about you and arrange an appointment (in person or via video conference) with your future manager.

Step 2: In-person or video interview with your future manager

During this interview (approximately 1 hour), you will have the opportunity to learn more about Gallo & Associés, our teams, our services, and our values. Depending on your profile and the managers’ requirements, you may be asked to complete a knowledge test.

Step 3: In-person or video interview with the human resources manager

If you have passed the selection process, our human resources manager will get back to you to discuss the various details related to your future arrival at Gallo & Associés.

Step 4: Welcome to Gallo & Associates

From your very first moments, benefit from an integration program tailored to your profile: introduction to your team, detailed onboarding over several months, integration day in the presence of the director and the human resources manager…
